- The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our part.
- There was a technical issue preventing product activation, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- The software has been downloaded and activated successfully.
- The wrong product was purchased due to customer error.
- The request is based on a change of mind or personal preference.

- If you received the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost.
- Exchanges must be requested within 8 Hours Maximum.
